The German Mass Cytometry Network provides a platform for communicating about mass cytometry, for fostering scientific and technical collaboration, and for mutual exchange of expertise and tools.
Impressions of the first User Forums
It has been established in 2017 as a DFG-funded initiative to link the academic German mass cytometry labs to each other and to the international community. What started as an initiative of a few first mass cytometry platforms in Germany quickly grew into a lively community of 11 centers with regular meetings on methodological and scientific progress in our community.
Since 2018, the network has also been hosting an annual Mass Cytometry User Forum where German and international mass cytometry enthusiasts and experts meet to discuss the newest developments in the field, as well as their own research projects and ideas. With over 100 participants from Germany and other countries, the German Mass Cytometry User Forum has become a leading platform for exchange on mass cytometry, regularly welcoming local as well as internationally renowned experts in the field.
The 7th German Mass Cytometry User Forum will take place from 25-26 January 2024.
